Terms of Service
Last updated: 8 July 2026
These Terms govern your use of the REAGILITY trademark renewal platform. Please read them carefully before using the service.
1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the REAGILITY platform and services ("REAGILITY", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
REAGILITY is a self-service trademark renewal platform. It lets you search official registers, confirm mark details, check renewal eligibility, select classes, calculate fees, pay, and submit or have us fulfil renewals across supported jurisdictions (including the UK and EU).
REAGILITY provides an intelligent workflow and administrative service. Where an official filing is completed through a registry portal, it is carried out on your instruction and confirmation.
3. Not legal advice
REAGILITY provides tools, information and processing — not legal advice. Renewal rules, fees and deadlines are provided for guidance and are gathered from official sources, but you remain responsible for confirming that the mark, classes and owner details are correct before you instruct a renewal.
For complex matters — such as restoration, disputes, assignments or changes of ownership — we recommend seeking professional advice.
4. Your account
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
5. Confirmations and your responsibilities
Before payment you must confirm the mark, owner, status, deadline and the classes you wish to renew. Choosing to renew only some classes (partial renewal) is permanent — unrenewed classes may be lost and can only be restored by a new application. You confirm you are authorised to instruct the renewal.
6. Data you provide
You enter the mark, owner, address and class details yourself, and you may use our AI assistant to help find and fill them. Whether entered manually or suggested by the assistant, the details you submit remain yours to check: you must confirm they are accurate and complete before you pay.
REAGILITY is not responsible or liable for data you input, for suggestions you accept without checking, or for any loss, rejection, delay or additional official fee that results from inaccurate, incomplete or out-of-date information you supply. We file on the basis of the details you confirm at checkout.
7. Fees and payment
Costs are shown in your basket with official registry fees, our service fee and any applicable VAT itemised separately. UK renewals are charged in GBP and EU renewals in EUR, in separate checkout sessions.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Official fees are the amounts set by the relevant registry and may change. A renewal is only submitted once cleared funds are received.
8. Renewal outcomes
A payment receipt is not an official registry confirmation. A mark is only renewed once the relevant intellectual property office confirms the renewal. REAGILITY will store and forward the official confirmation to you when available.
Some outcomes — such as a mark being outside its renewal window, in restoration, or not recognised — mean a standard renewal cannot proceed; we will tell you and, where possible, offer alternatives.
9. Refunds
Our service fee covers the work of preparing and submitting your renewal. Where a renewal cannot be completed for reasons within our control, we will refund the official fee element that was not used. Official fees already paid to a registry are subject to that registry's rules.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for any unlawful purpose or to submit false information.
11. Intellectual property
The REAGILITY platform, its software, branding and content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain all rights in your own data and trademarks. You grant us the limited rights needed to provide the service.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, REAGILITY is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. You remain responsible for meeting your own renewal deadlines; REAGILITY's reminders and dashboards are provided to assist, not to guarantee, timely renewal.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the platform or by email, and the "last updated" date above will reflect the current version. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.
